Thank you and well done to Clare Bristow and Grace Wilkinson - couldn’t have done it without you.

Running a Half-Marathon with Exercise-induced Anaphylaxis

Why?!

1) To empower anyone living with EIA or severe allergies to not be defined or limited to their health condition.

And most importantly.

2) To fundraise for two Foundations, ‘Sadie Bristow Foundation’ and ‘Natasha Allergy Research Foundation’, already making a monumental difference we are seeing in the allergy world today. Find out more below.

Sadie Bristow Foundation

〰️

Sadie Bristow Foundation 〰️

Sadie was a bundle of energy and an inspiration to all those around her, as well as being ranked No. 1 in the UK U9s tennis. However her life was tragically lost in August 2018 due to a severe allergic reaction.

As a proud ambassador, I join The Sadie Bristow Foundation in their mission to continue Sadie’s legacy in improving access to specialist allergy nurses and spreading much-needed allergy awareness.

Natasha Allergy Research Foundation

Natasha Allergy Research Foundation 〰️

The mission of making ‘allergy history’.

Natasha tragically lost her life in July 2016 after eating a baguette which contained sesame seeds as the label on the packaging failed to mention sesame seeds at all and the ingredient was not visible to the naked eye.

Determined to make a difference in Natasha’s name, NARF are focusing on medical research, law and policies, educating and raising allergy awareness.
